I'm pretty sure that No. 6 is a version of the last change of "Ten Strike," a quadrille published in the series "Gems of the Ballroom," by E. T. Root Co. of Chicago, 1890s. No. 13 is a Southern one, "Cripple Creek," and no. 14 is known all over under many different names. Thanks very much for putting this up!
